VINTAGE CONDITIONS Good winter and moderate spring rains were followed by mild to warm but not extreme weather conditions, which led to even ripening and good retention of natural acidity. As a result, 2015 vintage wines show optimal expression of colour and flavour.

MATURATION Matured for four months with American and French oak. WINE ANALYSIS Alc/Vol: 13.5% Acidity: 6.2 g/L pH: 3.57 Residual sugar: 4.2 g/L
PEAK DRINKING Best enjoyed while young and fresh.
